Jennifer's Clothing and Accessories is a third generation store that was started way back in the early 80's by her grandfather and grandmother (Fred & Louise Tidwell) and Jennifer's father (Richard Tidwell) and was run under the name of Tidwell's at one time and Louise's Place later in the 80's. It was located on the Rockmart Hwy in Silver Creek, GA.
With Jennifer's father's help in the mid 80's the store became known in Rome as the place to pick your shirt and pick your imprint for a custom designed shirt that was delivered within minutes for you to take home.
As Jennifer's grandfather got sick and passed away in the late 80's her grandmother and father ran the store until the early 90's when her grandmother got sick and could not run the store any longer.
The store has been closed for over a decade but the dream was still alive when Richard approached his daugter to open a new store with the same idea in mind in September of 2007.
